Bill has been working as an Acoustical Engineer since 1992. He has extensive experience working on both architectural and environmental projects. 

On architectural projects, he is responsible for conducting room acoustics and sound isolation measurements, performing room acoustics predictions, analyzing sound and vibration isolation, evaluating HVAC system noise and vibration and making design recommendations.  

On environmental projects, he is responsible for measuring ambient and source sound levels, modeling and analyzing noise sources, determining federal/state/local noise code compliance, recommending methods for noise impact reduction, and addressing acoustical issues in community meetings and hearings.
